Police are still searching for a killer after a man was shot to death outside a Chuck E Cheese's on Indy's far east side. The killing took place while the restaurant along east Washington was full of children and families. The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department said officers responded to the 10000 block of East Washington Street around 5:30 p.m. Sunday.
