1. Download and install HyperX Cloud 2 firmware update
Firmware Updater - https://www.hyperxgaming.com/us/suppo...
2. Update firmware to the latest version(super important for optimal use with PS4)
3. HyperX Cloud 2 PS4 setup - after the latest firmware update, the soundcard works with PS4 allowing you to control mic, volume, and 7.1 surround sound levels
4. Connect HyperX Cloud directly into the PS4 controller - however, you won’t have surround sound.
Follow the above simple steps and you’ll be ready to go and use your HyperX Cloud 2 Gaming Headset with your PS4 for loads of fun.
