Gobi Gosht Recipe | Cauliflower With Lamb | گوبھی گوشت|Urdu & Hindi | Cook with Malaika

INGREDIENTS
1 cup cooking oil
2 medium sliced onion
1 kg lamb meat with bone
1 tbs garlic paste
3 small tomatoes
1 tbs garam Masala powder
1/2 tsp salt
4 cup water to tender meat
300g Cauliflower

Step 2:
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbs crushed coriander seeds
1/2 cup cooking oil
1 tsp whole cumin seeds
1/2 bunch chopped coriander
2-3 green chillies
Some Julian sliced ginger
