To boil the Intestine and Stomach:
Water
1 tbsp Fennel seeds
1 tbsp Carom seeds
2 bay leaves
For the masala
1 tbsp cumin seeds
1 tbsp coriander seeds
½ tbsp fennel seeds
1/2 tbsp carom seeds
½ tbsp black pepper
Green and black cardamoms
½ tbsp Sichuan pepper (timur)
5-6 cloves
1 tbsp Sesame seeds
Dried chilies
Medium sized Cinnamon stick
In a pan, add 2 tbsp mustard oil
Add green and black cardamoms
Cinnamon stick
Bay leaves
Add goat Intestine and stomach (boiled and washed)
Add 1 tsp turmeric powder
Salt as per the taste
Add 1 small sized onion sliced
1 tbsp crushed ginger garlic
Add the masala (we made earlier)
1 tsp red chili powder (optional)
Add chopped cilantro
