Live Tai Chi Class with Sifu Amin Wu!

To commemorate the Open Tai Chi Foundation's (opentaichi.org/) inaugural session (opentaichi.org/schedule), Sifu Amin Wu will be offering a live Tai Chi & Qi Gong class on YouTube this Wednesday, August 30th at 10:30am (PDT). In this live class, Sifu Wu will give a warm-up with some gentle Qi Gong exercises followed by leading students through the fundamental Tai Chi movements. Sifu Wu will then discuss and demonstrate topics being covered by the classes in the upcoming Fall Session.
