In this video, I review a legendary fast prime lens introduced in 1968, the Minolta MC 58mm f/1.2. I talk about the character as well as the pros and cons of this lens and show you some sample photos taken on my Minolta XD7 and my digital Leica T using a Novoflex adapter.
Please note that this lens (Minolta MC/MD mount) can also be adapted to other modern digital cameras such as the Sony Alpha 7 series. For a complete list of available Novoflex adapters, take a look here and select "Minolta MD" on the right side:
