Behavioral questions are designed to take a deeper look into your values, work ethic, communication, conflict management skills, adaptability, motivation, leadership, and more.

Telling stories has long been the way people connect and using the START Positive Approach is a way of telling stories about your experiences, abilities, and potential.
In this video, I will walk through an example of how to put it into practice.
S: Situation - Who was involved, what was the issue and why did it matter
T: Task - what was your role in the situation
A: Action - what did you do?
R: Response - what was the outcome?
T: Take away - what did you learn
Positive: all stories need a happy ending.
Fired before? No problems. The worst thing you can do is talk badly about a past employer or coworker. Instead, use this method to show that it was not a fit for you in your take away and positive ending section.
