How to make Chinese stuffed Eggplant 煎釀茄子

        Ingredients配料
2 Large Eggplants2大茄子
1 Lb Baby Shrimp and minced it 1磅婴儿虾，切碎
1/2 Tsp Salt 1/2茶匙盐
1/2 Tsp Sesame Oil 1/2茶匙麻油
1/2 Tsp Soy Sauce 1/2茶匙酱油
1/2 Tsp Chicken Powder 1/2茶匙鸡粉
1/2 Tsp Ground Pepper 1/2茶匙胡椒粉
1Tbsp Tapioca Starch 1汤匙木薯淀粉
Add 1 Tbsp Chopped Green Onion 加入1汤匙切碎的葱
Apply little Tapioca Starch inside the eggplant 在茄子内涂少许木薯淀粉

Sauce酱
1 Tbsp Vegetable Oil 1汤匙植物油
1 Tsp Minced Garlic 1茶匙蒜末
1/3 Cup Water 1/3杯水
1Tbsp Oyster Sauce 1汤匙蚝油
1 Tsp Soy Sauce 1茶匙酱油
1 Tsp Sesame Oil 1茶匙麻油
1 Tsp Sugar 1茶匙糖
1 Tsp Tapioca Starch mix with 1 Tbsp Water 1茶匙木薯淀粉与1汤匙水的混合物
Put some chopped green onion 放一些切碎的葱
