How to "power wash" or reset your Chromebook

Sometimes Chromebooks have problems that are best fixed by wiping the software and starting from scratch. Don't worry, you won't lose any of your schoolwork as it is all on Google Drive automatically!

NOTE: I cut out a lot of me just waiting for the Chromebook to reboot, load the next screen, etc... power washing is pretty quick, but it will take a little longer than shown in the video. Be patient!
