This is a quick all standing prenatal Pilates workout using light hand weights. Can be done any time through pregnancy, but made with the third trimester in mind.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:
—Light hand weights or wrist weights (I'm using 2 lbs)

CLASS DESCRIPTION:
We warm up and move into a series targeting deep core, shoulders, and pelvic stability. After centering off with upper body work, we move into a sumo squat - lunge series. We center off and then cool down.

For reference, I am 35 weeks along in this video. Suitable for all trimesters, but made with the third in mind.
