Sequence for RIGHT HANDED Clinicians:

Sit at 7:30-9. Patient has their chin up and their head is turned slightly towards you.

Start with surfaces TOWARDS on the FACIAL. Begin with tooth number 11 and scale all teeth until tooth 🦷 number 6.

Stay at the same seating position - FLIP YOUR INSTRUMENT to the other WORKING END,
then use your mirror to scale all surfaces TOWARDS on the LINGUAL. Begin with tooth number 11 and scale all teeth until tooth 🦷 number 6.

Switch to the 12:00 seating position.

FLIP YOUR INSTRUMENT to the other WORKING END

Scale all surfaces AWAY FACIAL. Start with tooth number 6 and scale all teeth until tooth 🦷 number 11.

FLIP YOUR INSTRUMENT to the other WORKING END

Then Scale all surfaces AWAY LINGUAL. Start with tooth number 6 and scale all teeth until tooth 🦷 number 11.

STAY at 12:00 and complete the HORIZONTAL strokes
on the LINGUAL THEN FLIP YOUR INSTRUMENT and complete the HORIZONTAL strokes on the FACIAL surfaces of all teeth.

Sit at 3-4. Patient has their chin up and their head is turned slightly towards you.

Start with surfaces TOWARDS on the FACIAL. Begin with tooth number 6 and scale all teeth until tooth 🦷 number 11.

STAY at 12:00 and complete the HORIZONTAL strokes on the LINGUAL THEN FLIP YOUR INSTRUMENT and complete the HORIZONTAL strokes on the FACIAL surfaces of all teeth.
