400g lamb meat
2 tablespoons butter
60 ml oil
2 onions
5 medium carrots
3 cups rice
1.5 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
5 cups hot water
2 cloves of garlic
1 cup = 200 ml
