Find respite from symptoms of anxiety and stress with this 30-minute restorative yoga for anxiety class. When we're anxious, we often pressure ourselves to calm down right away, as if it was that easy. Instead, we'll move a bit in the beginning with gentle asana, then continue through a series of restorative yoga poses with shorter holds to soothe the restless energy of anxiety. My hope is you feel calmer and more relaxed. Restorative yoga has been shown to slow down one's heart rate, reduce blood pressure, and calm a racing mind.
