Chinese Dumpling (Shui Jiao) in soup ● Homemade Recipe
Ingredients:
2 pieces Chicken Fillet
100g Prawn meat
50g Carrot
50g Jicama (Sengkuang)
1 piece Black fungus (rehydrated)

Marinate:
1 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
½ tablespoon Light Soy Sauce
1 teaspoon Shao Hing Cooking Wine
½ teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Sugar
½ teaspoon Sesame Oil
¼ teaspoon Pepper

Mixing:
1 teaspoon Corn Starch
1 tablespoon Egg (beaten)

Wrap:
12 pieces Dumpling Skin

Preparation:
Cut carrot, jicama and black fungus into small dices
Cut prawn meat into half
Mince chicken fillet

Steps:
Marinate minced chicken fillet and prawn meat with the marinate ingredients above.
Add in cut carrot, jicama and black fungus
Add corn starch and beaten egg. Mix well

Divide into 12 potions. Add a potion onto the middle of dumpling skin.
Apply beaten egg at the edges and fold into half. Press and secure the dumpling

Boil a pot of water. Cook the dumpling for 10 minutes
Serve with soup.
