Mandalay Flood Update

The city of Mandalay has been flooded for more than three weeks. Houses are filled with water, and victims say that they have begun to move and live on the streets and on hills where water hasn't reached. Victims also go to monasteries and temples to get food, water, shelter and relief from the flood.
