There are 3 ways to
There are 3 ways to complete Rya's Questline. Keep reading for useful tips! To get the Daedicar's Woe Talisman the player must first progress Rya's quest to the point where she's in her 3rd location in Volcano Manor (in a small room by the lava-pool) and choose to either kill her at that point, talk to her, leave and come back after Rykard or give her the Tonic of Forgetfulness.
In this guide we give her the potion and she will be back in her first spot in Volcano Manor after the player has defeated Rykard. She will have a new dialogue and after refreshing the area Rya will have left Volcano Manor and the Daedicar's Woe Talisman can be found in her spot. That's the end of her quest.
IMPORTANT: The Grand lift of Dectus must be used to reach Altus Plateau for Rya to be in the spot on top of the lift. If she's nowhere to be found. Use the lift from the bottom and look for her again. It makes it much easier to use the lift because when talking to her at the top after reaching the Plateau she teleports the player directly to Volcano Manor.
IMORTANT 2.0: After getting the talisman you can refresh the area and get the potion to give to Ranni. It's safe to give it to Ranni as long as you don't talk to her after giving it to her. Walk away after she is done shaming you (do not press to talk), fast travel to Chuch of Vow's and use Celestial Dew (video below) on the statue to be forgiven for your sins and Ranni will be happy again!

When Rya moves from the large room in Volcano Manor to her 2nd location she can be found right across the hall in one of the smaller rooms. The room next to the one with the illusionary wall.
It's also possible to complete the 3rd assassination mission to get teleported to Rykard, but since the Temple of Eiglay elevator has to be used (or walk around) it seems easier to just run to the teleport at top of the temple.
