Loaded with chicken sausage, seasoned shrimp, and all the bold spices you love, this one-pot dish is sure to become a family favorite. It’s quick, easy, and perfect for a busy weeknight. Ingredients List: - 12 oz chicken sausage (sliced) - ½ lb shrimp (peeled, deveined, seasoned with no-salt seasoning blend) - 2 tbsp olive oil - 1 onion (chopped) - 1 bell pepper (chopped) - 2 celery stalks (chopped) - 2 cloves garlic (minced) - 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional) - 1 tsp Slap Ya Mama seasoning - 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning - ½ tsp dried oregano - Salt (to taste) -1 tbsp tomato paste - 4 cups chicken broth - 8 oz pasta (your choice—penne, bowtie, or rotini work great!) Instructions: 1. Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add sliced chicken sausage and cook for 2 minutes until slightly browned. 2. Add onion, bell pepper, and celery (the holy trinity). Cook for 5 minutes until softened and fragrant. 3. Stir in garlic, crushed red pepper, Slap Ya Mama, Old Bay, oregano, and a pinch of salt. Cook for 1 minute. 4. Add tomato paste and stir for another minute to coat everything. 5. Pour in 4 cups of chicken broth and add your pasta. Stir well, bring to a boil, then cover the pan and reduce heat. Let it simmer for 10 minutes. 6. After 10 minutes, stir in the seasoned shrimp.
