In 2018 up-river of the Sanamxai district of Attapeu at around 8pm, a dam collapse, sweeping up everything in it's path. Roads, bridges and entire villages were swept away. Nearly 3 years on and there are still victims of this tragedy homeless. These are just a few of the families we met...
