Challenge Based Learning at Ciena Solutions Challenge Model Schools

Teachers and students at Notre Dame High School, Ridgemont High School, and St. Patrick's High School in Ottawa, Ontario use Challenge Based Learning to foster student-driven learning and take action on issues such as clean water, affordable nutrition, and gender equality in STEM.

These schools are part of the Ciena Solutions Challenge Model School Program, a regional cohort of secondary schools supported by Digital Promise and Ciena to use Challenge Based Learning to address Sustainable Development Goals in their communities.
