Thinking about moving to Coos Bay, Oregon on the Oregon Coast? Well in this video I cover some things us locals want you to know before you make the move. Coos Bay Oregon neighbors North Bend, the area is surrounded by natural beauty with the Pacific Ocean to the West and the Cascades to the East, Coos Bay sits right on Highway 101, and is about 2.5 hours from Eugene Oregon. Coos Bay is considered the Southern Oregon Coast, and is also the largest city on the Oregon Coast. Coos Bay is not only a fantastic place to visit but it is also a great place to live, but there are some things that you should know before moving here!
Moving to Coos Bay is an adventure, I've had the honor of experiencing. I grew up on the Oregon Coast, In Bandon and moved back to the area in 2022, bringing my Real Estate Experience with me. My hope is that YOU can use my experience relocating to the Coos Bay area, as well as my knowledge as someone who grew up in the area!
Coos bay has so much to offer, and tons of opportunity for those willing to look for the opportunity! Housing costs are lower than the national average, and much lower than most places in Oregon. It is absolutely beautiful here, And is a favorite among the places in Oregon to Retire to!
