This vehicle came to us
This vehicle came to us with an issue with the headunit freezing and rebooting. This suddenly happened one day as the customer was driving and there was no specific event which caused the issue.
As you can see there is an update available for the headunit which specifies the issues we were having so this is a common problem for these units.
Unfortunately, it would not allow the headunit to be program within the car so we took the unit out and placed it on the bench so we could do it directly. This managed to flash successfully and as you can see when it was plugged back in the car it started straight up.
It did require some additional coding due to it being flashed but we did this no problem and all the functions were working perfectly.
