Today, I Odhiambo Ogola want to share my story and express my gratitude to the incredible nurses, therapists, and counselors who have supported me, and most importantly, to inspire all of you not to give up hope.

Inside these walls at Mathari National Teaching and Referral Hospital,  I met dedicated and caring professionals who guided me on the path to healing.

They showed me that there is a way out of the darkness, no matter how deep it may seem. They taught me that recovery is a journey, and it's not always linear. There will be good days and bad days, but each day is a step forward.
