I ♥️ Jackfruit! Do you? We make a lot of Kathal recipes at home everything from cutlets to biryani to curry but on top of our list with a peg of nice scotch is besan wala Kathal. It's actually a sabzi but we eat it like a snack with chutney and lots of lachcha pyaaz! This #vegnesday special is Besan kathal which is actually dry because of besan and that's why a dahi chutney on the side or boondi raita fit perfectly when paired with hot ghee phulkas! I'll soon share a full video on how to clean a whole jackfruit because this time my vendor sent me a quarter piece.
