W-H Plot | Crystallite Size | Strain | XRD Peak Fit | FWHM |Williamson-Hall method | VKMeV

In this video, XRD data analysis was performed. Crystallite size was determined using the W-H plot (Williamson-Hall method). The XRD peaks are fitted with Gaussian function using origin 8.6 software. FWHM was determined from Gaussian fittings of the XRD peaks.

A Correction at 13:00
Also set x-axis values from zero to maximum and then only extrapolate the plot and find the intercept on the y-axis.
