You'll know what a cookie bite hearing loss is after watching this video! Do you have a cookie bite hearing loss? If so, I want to hear in the comments below.
Alright, I'll just start by saying right after I made this video my audiologist told me that with as severe as my hearing loss is, they wouldn't call it a cookie bite hearing loss but a moderate sloping to severe sensorineural loss. That said, I didn't see any "severity" ratings on the cookie bite hearing loss definition. Just that a cookie bite hearing loss is indicated by a U-shape in the audiogram between 500 and 2000 Hz.
