The Richest Area In Chiang Mai Thailand? 🇹🇭

I heard about a neighborhood that is known to be the richest area in Chiang Mai Thailand. I never knew about this place before, so I hopped on the bike and headed to Hang Dong, south of Chiang Mai city. It took me a while to find the main rich house estate and first, I found some really nice modest new build homes for rental or buying. I kept searching for the main luxury Muban Wang Tan neighborhood and finally found what I was looking for. I was amazed to find so many nice houses, with many being classed as mansion style.

I've been in Chiang Mai for 3 years and never came across this estate, so it was a great surprise to see this awesome area.  Many of the houses are for sale and I have researched that it's possible for rent also.
