The new Mercedes-Benz GLE in India will be offered in three different powertrains: GLE 300d 4MATIC, GLE 450d 4MATIC, and GLE 450 4MATIC.
Key product highlights of the GLE include AMG styling in the GLE 450d and GLE 450 models, the latest generation MBUX (NTG7) infotainment system, modern four- and six-cylinder engines with ISG (Integrated Starter Generator) technology, and a Burmester surround sound system with 13 speakers providing 590 watts of output.
The GLE 450d model receives an engine upgrade, resulting in more power (27 kW increase) for a total output of 270 kW and higher torque (750 Nm, up from 700 Nm).
There is also mention of the AMG C 43 4MATIC, which features innovative drive solutions derived from Formula 1 technology. It is powered by an AMG 2.0-litre four-cylinder engine with an electric exhaust gas turbocharger.
The AMG C 43 4MATIC comes with AMG Performance 4MATIC, featuring specific power distribution (31% to the front axle and 69% to the rear axle) for enhanced driving dynamics and traction during acceleration.
Additional key product highlights of the AMG C 43 4MATIC include a sporty exterior design with AMG styling, an AMG SPEEDSHIFT MCT 9G transmission with a wet start-off clutch, rear axle steering, AMG parameter steering, AMG RIDE CONTROL suspension with Adaptive Damping System, DIGITAL LIGHT, and a Burmester 3D surround sound system with 15 high-performance speakers delivering 710 watts of system output.
