Thus, it also forms a part of the most important habits that all law students and lawyers must cultivate.
Not only it is important to understand the moot problem really well and framing the memorial wisely, but it is equally important to ensure that the preparation for oral rounds is on point in order to ensure success. The oral arguments day in a moot court competition is often that day where participants are most nervous and most excited at the same time.
