De elfde editie van Tafelzetting is gewijd aan het werk van graft. graft bestaat uit architecten Thomas Faes en Marie van Kerckhoven. Naast hun eigen bureau werken ze respectievelijk bij Marie-José van Hee architecten en Bovenbouw Architectuur. Hun prille oeuvre getuigt van een kritische houding tegenover de Vlaamse wooncultuur, met bijzondere aandacht voor de relatie met het landschap. In Tafelzetting #11 toont graft de visie waarmee ze hun eerste stappen in de eigen praktijk zetten. Het duo wil wonen opnieuw verbinden met het landschap. Hun Tafelzetting verbeeldt hoe we in Vlaanderen het landschap en het wonen weer met elkaar kunnen verweven. INSTALLATIE Tafelzetting #11 graft Tot 27.10.2024 DE SINGEL, Antwerpen Over Tafelzetting Tafelzetting is een reeks tentoonstellingen over jonge architecten uit Vlaanderen en Brussel, geproduceerd door DE SINGEL en het Vlaams Architectuurinstituut (VAi). Elke editie stelt een jonge ontwerppraktijk zichzelf voor op het plein voor DE SINGEL. Ze doen dit met een kleurrijke set tafels, een ontwerp van Laura Muyldermans, die de tentoonstelling dragen en dienstdoen als straatmeubilair, telkens in een nieuwe opstelling. .
