BLAST 1 0 4e benchmarks (il2cpp/burst and win10 .net core)

The latest version of Blast adds integer support while still providing a big performance boost. As it currently stands, blast is orders of magnitudes faster then comparable solutions but it is hard to integrate, thats why from now on development will focus more on making blast easy to use and to bring solutions using blast for common scenarios in modern games and other high performance software solutions.
