👉 ExpressVPN vs - I'm comparing the customer service of both ExpressVPN and so that you can get a better idea of what might be the better choice for your situation.
How's it going everybody? Welcome back. And today we're going to be talking about the customer service speed of both Express VPN and Nord VPN. So before we begin, if you guys are interested in any of these VPN, you'll find links to special deals and discounts in the description down below as well as full reviews if you'd like to learn more about these VPNs. So both providers offer almost instant responses via the 24 seven live chat support, which you can of course access through their website, just hover over the bottom right right here and you'll be able to access the live chat support, super easy and very helpful. I've contacted both services at different times of the day and never had to wait more than a minute for a representative to respond. The videos below will give you a really good idea of how patient and how knowledgeable the live chat support really is. And with regards to the live chat support, by the way, of ExpressVPN specifically, were happened to just not be able to unblock one time the US Netflix library and another time the Japanese Netflix library, and of course to compensate me for such inconvenience because of course, they advertise that they are able to unblock such libraries, and they are able to unblock such libraries. No other VPN did that when I actually reported that I wasn't able to unblock a specific streaming service. Now with regards to the email response time I asked ExpressVPN if they have split tunneling on iOS, they answered in 15 minutes, and then I asked them again, what is trusted server technology. And they responded within six minutes. And with Nord VPN asked them if I can turn on a non peer to peer servers. They responded within 12 minutes. And another question which is is cyber sec available on Android and they responded within 24 minutes. So overall, pretty responsive both answer in less than a 30 or 20 minutes. This was important to me because nothing is more frustrating, of course then a customer service representative who doesn't know how to help so I contacted both VPNs of course about issues like fixing streaming issues, requesting a refund or clarifying how features work, the representatives from both companies always answered my questions accurately and quick. So overall, I would say these VPNs do have very good customer support. They're very helpful, very knowledgeable, super professional. And again, as I mentioned with Express VPN, I was given two weeks for free. Each time I reported that a specific streaming library did not work. And yeah, that's just really cool of them.
