**UPDATED 10/7/11: EMA says this 1003 had issues and is now up and working again with the Jefferson County system**
Unfortunately, this 1003 was decommissioned THE DAY I went to record it during the April 12, 2011 test. Instead, you hear the Whelen 4004 do a quick burst. You can pretty clearly hear the other sirens in the system activate. Most heard are 2001's.
