When it comes to bigger and  vascular forearms..  the most important thing is going heavy on gripping exercises like deadlift and pull ups. These help you build the base for your forearm development.

Adding specific exercises to develop forearm helps.
You need to work all parts of your forearm - the inner and outer properly in order to develop them completely.


We will see two exercises for inner and 2 for outer development
1. Wrist curls - 4 x 12-15
2. Reverse wrist curls - 4 x 12-15
3. Behind back finger curls - 4 x 12-15
4. Reverse curls (variation ) - 4 x 12-15

you can choose to do them in straight sets of can do supersets to maximize forearm stimulation

i would recommend hitting your forearms 2-3 times every week for maximal development.
