using the Ellex Ultra QR laser to visualize and treat symptomatic floaters- the use of the on axis position of the the laser allows for visualization of the middle and posterior vitreous whereas most standard lasers can only fire in the off axis position which doesn't allow for a red reflex and only allows for visualization anterior vitreous YAG vitreolysis is treating floaters by vaporizing, breaking apart, and moving the floater out of the visual axis.
