A person Who take Order from Guest and ask what they want to Eat or Note in over book is called Order Taker,

How to Take Food Order:

First of all if Guest Coming we need to Welcoming and provide sitting Place.and after that Giving Food Menu and give time to guest for chek the menu then Guest call you for food order .A good Order Taker is a Good Listener he is Listening very Carefully and Right Down order in our Note book then punch in the system and inform the kitchen Department as per Guest Requirements . after serving food ask to the guest food is ok you need any thing sir or no .Wait for
Food Finish then Guest call you for bill to provide to over gust and Living time Greetings to Guest Thanks for coming...
