Pork (thinly sliced) 300g
1 tbsp Flour
1 tbsp Salad oil

□Seasonings
2 tbsp Soy sauce
3 tbsp Mirin
1 tbsp Sugar
1 tbsp Grated ginger

□Side dish and condiments
Shredded cabbage
Chopped green onion

【Instructions】
□Preparation

・Shred cabbage with a peeler.
・Chop green onion and rinse with water.
・In a bowl, mix grated ginger, soy sauce, mirin, and sugar well.

□Finishing

1.Cut pork into bite-size pieces and coat with flour.

2.Heat salad oil in a frying pan (medium heat) and fry pork while spreading it out.

3.Once the pork has a nice brown color, add seasonings and cook until it boils and slightly thickens. Serve the pork and cabbage on a plate and garnish with green onion.

【Tips】

1.Coating the pork with flour prevents the meat juice from leaking out, resulting in a tender texture and better seasoning absorption.

2.Be careful not to touch the pork too much while cooking to achieve a nice brown color on one side.
