Citizenship Amendment Bill: Amit Shah cites partition, targets Congress in LS

Home Minister Amit shah spoke on the Citizenship Amendment Bill in the Lok Sabha on Monday. Shah said that the bill does not target any particular community and attacked the Congress for partition.
