It incorporates two aspects of Shinzen Young's Unified Mindfulness system.

1. Nurture Positive - With eyes open, focus on the heart image (i.e. like a kasina). You could incorporate Feel In (noticing or imagining sensations of warmth in the heart region, imagining the warmth of being wrapped in a warm blanket [or using a real blanket], etc.)

2. Note Gone - Whenever the image disappears, notice gone.
