TTArtisan 100mm f/2.8 Macro 2x (FF/APSC/GFX)

TTArtisan 100mm f/2.8 Macro 2x is largely based on the  TTArtisan 100mm f/2.8 Macro 2x tilt-shift lens but without the tilt-shift feature.  But why does TTArtisan do this? And does it result in a better or worse lens for users?
