In this opportunity, we face a "thermal pad oil leak of death" for some reason they leak oil over the circuit board and the GPU start to crash and die, i will show you how bad it can get and how to fix it with new thermal pads.
This is a very typical problem of the EVGA GPUs
bear with me, i know the video is long, i took me a long time to edit it to shink it from 2 hours to 38 minutes :)

I use Arctic Thermal pad: ACTPD00003A
50x50 cm, 1.5cm thick, thermal conductivity 6.0W/mK

Thermal paste is Arctic silver 5.
and I use isoprophyl alcohol (don't use regular one, it must be isoprophyl you can find it in almost any electronic store.
