Stretching is not only an important part of and sport to increase strength & flexibility, whilst speeding up recovery and preventing injuries, but also a great opportunity to teach your class about some of muscles used in the body.
Hold each stretch for around 10-15 seconds

00:42 - Triceps
01:30 - Pectorals
01:56 - Sternocleidomastoid (neck)
02:33 - Obliques
03:19 - Quadratus lumborum (lower back)
04:08 - Quadriceps
05:07 - Gastrocnemius (calves)
06:02 - Gluteus Maximus (bum)
07:03 - Hip adductors
07:39 - Hamstrings
08:44 - Hypervolt Plus+
