Today our technologist Marc focuses on the topics of milling 3D curved objects and the process of milling a bike gear with rounded sites.

The following tools were used for the application:

First milling part:
- Tool: Ø6mm Single Flute (0068806A) // Rpm: 35.000 1/min // Feed: 5.600 mm/min // ap: 0.8mm (ramp)

- Tool: Ø1.5mm Single Flute (0068415Y) // Rpm: 38.000 1/min // Feed: 4.000 mm/min // ap: 0.3mm

Second milling part:
- Tool: Ø6mm Bullnose Double Flute (0068460F) // Rpm: 28.000 1/min // Feed 15.000 mm/min // ae: 1mm
