Ingredients:
APF / Maida: 2 cups
Powdered Sugar: 1 & 1/2 cups
Vinegar 1 tbsp
lemon juice 1/4 cup
Baking soda 1 tsp
salt 1/4 tsp
Lemon zest 1tbsp
Milk 1 cup
Oil 1/3 cup
Ingredients for #LemonButterCream Frosting:
2 cups powdered sugar
100 gms Amul BUtter (Softened at room temperature)
1/4 cup Lemon juice
Preheat the oven at 180C for 10-15 mins
Jugaad / Substitutes 👇
This batter makes upto 12-14 cupcakes.
Same recipe can be used for Cake as well.. just pour the batter in a cake tin!
Bake at 180C for 25-30mins until tooth pick comes out clean
Cupcakes needs to be completely cool before you frost or else frosting will melt.
You can add more or less lemon juice as per your preference.
