This is the Extra Stage theme from Touhou 6: the Embodiment of Scarlet Devil
I've always thought that EoSD was the most oriental-sounding out of all of the soundtracks. Which is funny, considering how Remilia is a Western-style vampire. This is one of those tracks where I feel no arrangement can truly capture the essence that this theme emits. It's really wonderful. It does sound very magical, too.
