Align Text Left
Mac: Command + Shift + L
Windows: Control + Shift + L

Align Text Center
Mac: Command + Shift + C
Windows: Control + Shift + C

Align Text Right
Mac: Command + Shift + R
Windows: Control + Shift + R

These shortcuts work in many other Adobe programs including Photoshop and Illustrator.
