3M Panel Adhesive Rust Hole, 'Hack N' Pack', Auto Body Repair.
This is one of the best, easiest and faster auto-body repair tricks out there.  You will get a permanent strong repair of a rust-hole (or rust through) and it will take little time and effort.  I'm using 3M panel adhesive (part no. 08115) to fix rust and install rust patch panels.  This panel adhesive is much, much stronger than other epoxies and yet still flexible.  This panel adhesive is also 100% waterproof, so the rust will not come back.
