Our Spotlight this week is on the 2018 Kia Optima, we have the LX+ and SXL Turbo trims and we're going in depth with both, showing you all the features of the two trims Kia Canada expects to be the most popular sellers here in Canada. Our SXL Turbo test model comes fully loaded with features like heated and ventilated front seats, 360º camera with parking sensors, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, panoramic sunroof, power folding mirrors, quilted nappa leather seats, and so much more.
The LX+ test model we have is the second from the base model but offers features like heated front seats, heated steering wheel, SiriusXM Radio, backup camera with rear parking sensors, power folding mirrors, and blind-spot monitoring. The LX+ is expected to be the most popular option for buyers, especially here in Québec with those heated options.
We show you all the features of these vehicles and take both on road tests to tell you how the perform in the real-world. We also summarize what we liked and disliked about the Kia Optima SXL Turbo, and what we'd like to see added for future model years.
