Sambal Chicken | Malaysian Chili Chicken | Malaysian Spicy Chicken Curry

A Malaysian dish, Chicken Sambal. Tender chicken in delicious spicy mix, all goodness in one pot. A traditional dish that is loved by everybody. This seems really spicy which is actually not that spicy. You can add less or more chili of your choice.
But please do make this dish.

Sambal Chicken
ingredients:
2lb chicken breast cut in chunk
Blend:
1 large onion cut
2  2-inch ginger
2 cloves garlic
8-9 dry chili
1 lemon grass sliced ( i keep mine in freezer )
1/4 cup water
Blend
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp salt ( per taste)
1 tsp turmeric
1 large tomato cut
