Bodycam DUI Arrest - Woman Blows 0.365% BAC for Her 2nd DUI in 5 Years

On May 21, 2023, a citizen called the Miami Township Police to report a woman at the McDonald's who could barely stand on her own 2 feet. The caller indicated that the woman stumbled to her vehicle, almost fell over numerous times, and was attempting to drive away. Officer Bunnell arrived in time to see the woman pulling away from McDonalds. He initiated a traffic stop and the 36-year-old woman indicated that she had not been drinking. However, based on the strong smell of alcohol that was present, she was asked to step out of the vehicle in order to perform standardized field sobriety tests (FSTs). She was eventually arrested and admitted that she had a previous DUI conviction about 5 years ago. She submitted to an evidentiary breath test (EBT) and the result was a staggering 0.365% BAC. The reaction of a fellow officer when he sees the printed results is priceless. The woman is only concerned, however, about maintaining her driver's license so that she can drive to her job as a childcare worker. The outcome of her case is discussed at the end of the video.
