Pinwheel Sandwiches:
Ingredients:
Chicken fries chopped  1cup
Capsicum chopped   1
Carrot chopped   1
Mayonnaise    1 cup
Mustard paste    1 tsp
Black pepper   1 tsp
White pepper    1 tsp
Crush red chili flakes   1/2 tsp
Chicken powder   1 tsp
Olive chopped   1 tbsp
Salt     to taste
Cheese sliced    as required
Lettuce leave    as required
Bread sliced   as required
Method:
Take a mixing bowl  add monsalwa chopped fries along with all above ingredients except lettuce leafs n cheese .
Mixed all ingredients with the help of spatula n make smooth better.
Take bread n put 1 lettuce leaf 1 cheese slice n spread 2tbsp of monsalwa fries better n roll up.
Now cut into a thin slices n serves with ketchup




Afghani  Rosh:

Ingredients:
Mutton   ½ kg
Onion    1 medium
Tomato  1 medium
Rosh powder   1 tbsp
Clarified butter ¼ cup
Salt    to taste
Coriander leaves  1 tbsp chopped

Method:
Take pan add 1/4 cup of ghee add mutton along with onion n fry for a minute now add tomato,salt , rosh powder and again fry for a minute now add 3 to 4 glass of water n cooked  for 1hour until mutton was done
Now garnish with corianders leaf  n serve



Dumpukht:

Ingredients:
Mutton   1/2 kg
Onion    1
Tomato   1
Potatoes  2
Green chilies   4 - 5
Ginger   1 inch piece
Garlic    3 to 4 cloves
Oil or clarified butter ½ cup
Dried plums   2
White cumin   1 tsp
Whole black pepper  4-5
Turmeric   1/2 tsp
Salt    to taste

Method:
Add mutton, onion, tomato, ginger, garlic, green chili, turmeric and half glass of water then cook on medium flame until its half done then add oil, cumin seeds, black pepper, potatoes then again cook on stove until its perfectly done. then pour on serving platter.



Rabri Kheer:

Ingredients:
Milk    1litre
Rabri    1/2 kg
Condensed milk  1 cup
Rice    1/2 cup (soaked in water)
Mix nuts   1/2 cup (chopped)
Cardamoms  1- 2
Method:
Take pan and add rice then add 1 and 1/2 glass of water then cook on stove until its soft and then beat it.
Now take another pan and pour milk, cardamom in it and add cooked rice in it and cook until it become lightly thicker then remove from stove and wait for it become cold then add rabri, condensed milk and mix well. Then pour this rabri kheer on serving bowl and garnished with nuts.
